This is my question to u guys I am 220 with 14 percent bf and i would like to maybe loose a liltle body fat nuthing out of control. But i would like to gain 5-10 lbs do u think this would be possible if ran fina every day at 1cc and test prop at 1cc for 7weeks and T3( not sure how much to run the T3 or how long). I Know this stack is geared more towards ripping and i know my diet has to be right there with it in order for it to work and get results but i was wondering if i held a good diet like no drinking and no shit food but ate well and healthy if it would be possible to maybe jumpup to 225-230 and maybe loose a percent or two in fat. If you think this aight or have any other suggestion please reply quick cus i am gonna order with in the next week or so plus i plan on using this as like a journal.

17yrs old- sus250 for 8 weeks 10 shots,18yrs 20 shots of ara test ran for ten weeks (loved it),19yrs old tried doing 20 shots of winni but got a staff infection on the 10 th shot so had to stop scared the shit out of me,20 yrs old stacked 15 shots of duratest and only ten shots of cypinate from QV it was decent but i think i wasnt eating enough calories i lost a lot of body fat and gained 8 lbs.
