Mudge said:What do you do for shoulders? I do virtually no shoulder work, overhead pressing was killing me coupled with incline pressing, so I do incline pressing for 2-3 sets only. I do 1-2 sets of dumbell laterals, 1 set of very light rotator work, and occasionally rear laterals.
Sounds like you have a much more serious issue though.
