rack deads

thanks can u elaborate on the close to you part with more of a stiff leg. i think i know what u mean but want to make sure.
 
Just dont use yuor quads---

i rack pulled 465lbs for reps the other night--felt great..I will add more weight next time around and work my way up to 500lbs....still never enough weight i gotta get serious lol.

so your saying its a little more bending then it is sinking down.

im gonna try them bellow the knee. i honeslly thinks my hams might be too tight to go much lower.

strictly depends on your strengths or weaknesses . if your strong off the bottom and weak mid point and up you may do less in the racks than off the bottom but if your weak off the floor and strong mid and above you will lift much more in the rack and probablly be limited by your grip .
 
i was just trying make beleive ones in my mirror. Should my hands be out sides my knees. It seems to bend over the way i would like i need to have my legs a little wide. it might be i need to point my toes out slightly?
