Well ive been training for a few years, but something is still up with my chest... It kind of looks like i have breast to put it bluntly. You can really tell when i wear a tight shirt, my chest is very saggy. Now ive had this problem sense high school, and im getting sick of it, is there any advice anyone has to get rid of these? Ive been training quite a while, and have a 315lb bench. And even in high school, when i weighed 150 pounds wet, had a VERY fast metabolism and barly any bodyfat i still had it. not much, but still noticable. I really need help with this! Thanks!

If you have had this problem your entire life it may unfortunately be your genetics. Just as atherjen has stated diet is very important in keeping your bodyfat under control.

I know that this is a little off topic but atherjn, I'm in Vancouver and It's 4:20 am is it the same time over there in Nova Scotia?

First start focusing on your upper chest and inner chest to build up. Incline presses, flyes, bench press to the throat, dumbell flat presses. Stay away from movements that supposingly capitalize on the lower chest, decline and dips.

Next, get a good fat burner and start dropping some bodyfat.

just want to make note that although a thermo may indeed help with energy, curbing appetite and a somewhat increase in metabolism, diet is far more crucial to begin with... that first needs to be worked upon. :)
