Ok Im looking into purchasing some new foot ware.I train alot,I do a little cardio and some PLing so I need a good solid all around shoe any recommendations?
1 more thing to note I work at a gym so I am active and on my feet most all day so they have to be comfortable.
Ology help me find a good pair of kicks.

I can't really suggest any certain shoe, but make sure they fit right. I have big feet, and rarely find shoes that fit. I wear a 16, and sometimes I have to settle for as small as 14. I buy online, but even then the selection is really poor. My feet go numb from cardio at times, and are usually sore at night.

These are a lil pricey but are by far the most comfortable shoes ive ever owned. I dont think they would be great for actual running but if your cardio is a brisk walk like mine (low impact) then i would try a pair on and walk around with them. the soles are very thin and the elastic strap make them comfortable even if you have wide or narrow feet.

Hey drew I have asics and they are very light but tough, there like 30$ here in cali, Its a damn good shoe bro

New balance 993. They are kinda heavy for cardio, Most comfortable NB IMO and can take lots of abuse.

Get 2 pairs the pair you want for everyday and some Chucks to squat and deadlift in or deadlift in deadlift slippers.

Chucks are also great for back rows and overhead presses they keep you more balanced.

for squats and deads I bought a 5 dollar pair of converse: flat sole, wrap tight over the ankle, and thin soled. Not a cardio shoe for sure...

my opinion
