First what's up bro this is my first post real quick I'm clean after hurting my self and then becoming addicated to Pain pills. I lost a lot my health and a very physically fit life style. Honestly when I say I'm fresh back I mean like today. Anyways I just want to thank yall for all the valuable info and any advice would be appreciated .I am thinking about. No I am gonna get my diet right and start doing compound exercises. The basics.what I am thinking about doing is a fin cycle .1. I'm new to Br and obviously don't know anyone 2.it seems with some research that it can be easiest to obtain. Honestly any advice is greatly appreciated I ain't no bitch to no pain pills or a injury thanks.
Before injury 185lbs 5%bf
Current weight 218lbs 24%bf
120 day goal 190lbs 10%bf
Once again thank you for all the great info already at my fingertips and thanks for taking the time to post here I'm gonna be attempting to use exercise to combat withdraw symptoms I.e. depression, low dopeamine production ect. Once again this is a major decision I have made it is very hard to let the crutch go thanks again

How long have you been of pills? You need to check out the diet section and read up on the stickies. You also need to get a consistent training schedule. By no means do you need or are you ready for aas. Your goal shouldnt be that hard to reach. Also after having a long addiction I would def reccomend getting blood work done. Other than that you should be gtg bro.

X 2 on blood work because they are very very hard on your liver mostly due to added Tylenol. If you are struggling then look into suboxone which will make things much easier for you. Going thru withdrawal if you haven't already is pretty serious and will put you down. I doubt you would be able to physically or mentally take time to train and diet.

I congratulate you on ditching the addiction and hope it works for you, but check into suboxone if you need help. Good luck.

Yeah dude if it's your first day laying off the oc the I also don't think your anyway ready to be cycling

Once your withdrawls kick, the last thing your gonna wanna do is goto the gym.

You should def try to rest and just take it easy until your detoxed, even after then take it easy and let your body normalize before jumping back in the gym.

Get your base going, and dont start a cycle until you are sure that you will not use again. You dont wanna be all strung out and be on cycle, it will just be a waste of money, and workin out while high on opiates can cause serious injury (cause ya dont feel anything when it happens!).
