Ever inject Reforvit-B I'Ve been told to put in capsules and take it thats is dirty. Loeffler Reforvit-B looks clean as mex. gear can.

how bout you just squirt it in your mouth and drink something? For guys who have no problems with needles you sure do go through alot of effort for nothing sometimes.

I've injected it with no problems. You will get more bang out of it since it won't get filtered by your body as much, plus the benifits of Vit-B.
