THere shipping is slow but you get the products and they are of god quality. tHe shipping pronlems are because they use USPS instead of UPS.

ALways takes at least 5 business days and I live in NY.

I always get things 2 days later from them via regular shipping, so any delay you experience is caused by USPS.

I've been tempted to try the overnight shipping to see if it actually comes through that fast.

did you send him an email about it? the one time I had a botched order, he sent me the correct item via overnight mail and told me to just keep the erroneous bottle. You can't ask for much better customer service than that.
