Researchology Orders?

I've ordered from them in the past and had no issues. This time I placed my order on Sept 12 and when I check back on the site I still receive the message 'Pending'.
Is anyone having similar issues? Could the fact I live in Canada be affecting this?
Just hoping someone who has used them recently can give me some kind of feedback...

ive been waiting over a month .. first time i ordered a small order and it came right away.. next time was a large order and havent received it.. its a scam i think
