Did not post last weeks chest trianing but I wetn raw and heavy boards. Highlight was 550x1 off 5 boards.
 
Summer heat and construction work are killing me. My training ha not been frequesnt enough aND IS NOT ALL THAT IMPRESSIVE. i'M PUTTING THIS LOG TO SLEEP FOR A WHILE.

fucking eh, you bench number keep going up!

I must ask...are your tri's your weak part cause 85lbs pulldowns are pretty light...or are they just that burnt out? or am i missing something here?
