I rarely pin glutes, I always pin quads, and shoulders... so easy.
Thanks alot man !! haha well I dont like pinning glutes and im pretty sure i cant pin myself in shoulders, i havent tried yet tho, I might try it if quads are getting too sore. I hope that after 3-4 pins each they'll stop hurting haha

I did Shoulders and triceps today the pump was insane. I weighed myself, remember I was 182lbs 1month ago, then caught a bad flu, dropped to 172, then im back to 183. Im entering week 3 sunday. Seriously i think ill have no other choice than pinning delt, its been 2 weeks since i can barely walk. Its getting very annoying, how many pins does quads need to stop having a bad PIP? I've done many hundreds of legs training in my life, but I NEVER experienced a pain like right now. I pinned quad wednesday, which was also LEG day and at night I went outside for a HIIT cardio session. The results of this is when I 'try' to walk I look like having 2 broken legs loll

As in, how often a week, splits, intensity?
Im just interested as you clearly have a programme that gets the results

If you are hurting that bad at only 3 weeks in you need to rotate sites better. Never hit the same spot on you quads and I would add in delts and glutes give the quads time to calm down . You are hitting each one each week and probably hitting the same area which is not so happy. Add the other and you will only hit everything 1 time per 3 weeks!
