In the Front Squats he does, he doesn't even come up to lock out. So all that tension is constantly on his quads. In the db presses, hardly any triceps stress is involved because he's not locking out, everything stays on the pecs. Try that next time you train chest. It looks strange on dvd, but it is very effective.

My opinion - I do full reps b/c half reps make your muscles a lot tighter; that doesn't mix w/ football..

Oh wait, I forgot. He's technically tied for the best body for the longest amount of time in human history... I guess it is working.
While I've heard this exact criticism many times before (mainly from noobs), there are reasons that you obviously didn't think of before writing this post.
For a 300+ lb man to have spectacular form is physically impossible in alot of lifts (do you think he can touch his shoulders with those biceps for bicep curls, or take those dumbells into or below his massive chest?). He specifically addressed this issue at his weekend with Ronnie getaway, and the main reason he stated is not locking out on his lifts does't put the strain / wear&tear on his joints and tendons that he would otherwise endure. I can't imaging locking out with a 500lb bench or and 800lb squat would allow you to keep those excercises up for long.
Another reason he stated that has already been pointed out is that not locking out on many lifts makes them much more difficult, not easier or sloppy. This is one of the reason that the man is 43 and has had one of the longest most succesful careers ever with VERY few injuries to speak of.
Bro, sometimes you need to place yourself in the other persons shoes and think from that perspective, no more armchair quarterbacks please!
