Rotator cuff injury on week6 of test and deca

On 600test and 250 Deca and injured rotator cuff playing with the kids. What are you guys thoughts. Should I stop cycle? Just cut out Deca to relieve excess moisture in tendons? Just suck it up and only work lowet body and cadio

go lighter weights, example if ur doing lat raises with like 20 pound dumbbell grab 10s or 5s... some weight is better then no weight... i wouldn't quit cycling

depends on the extent of the injury. if its even a slight tear then you need to stop and let it heal

This. Don't push it any further. You can either end your cycle and let it heal up, or work on body parts that don't rely on that poor rear deltoid muscle group. As sadpanda said, maybe it's time to work on those wheels!
 
Yeah dude I tore my rotator cuff. At first it was a slight tear thought it would heal on its own, I shut everything down
to rest and it never healed it ended up tearing and had to have surgery. Plus if there are bone spurs in there they are just going to keep cutting into that tear and it will get worse. My advice go to the doctor he/she can do some range of motion test and if u fail prob. suggest a mri thats the only real way to find out the damage.
 
I'm not sure the exact injury I had but it was similar. It was in my rear delt and I could bearly pull my pants up. I thought it was healed and went to deadlift and hurt it again. I took it easy bout some TB from the great lion and Literally a few weeks later I was 100% and dead lifting again. It really did save my cycle.
 
i wouldnt end the cycle. if anything id look into adding gh and like the others have said, work around it.
 
tore both my rotator cuffs a little over a yr ago, still not 100% but getting back into it and just put on 15lbs of bulk naturally cant wait to start my next cycle. good luck and don't push it
 
gonna work the wheels

went and got xrays. they dont show anything.im not a doc though.did range of motion test and passed. doc said it wasnt my cuff. but it was something in there that was injured. fking drsaid to take it easy and gave me steroids. just said ok and took them. also gave me muscle relaxers. guess im just gonna work on the wheels
