oops.. kinda forgot to give ya some input sry hehe... but imo, you are missing one of the most important and beneficial lifts you can do... deadlift!!! and you should do some dips too (not sure when tho.. you seem to have a pretty jam packed day...) i personally could never work my whole body in one day, like go from leg press to bench... what was your past routine that wasnt working for ya?

Nope Monday, Wed, Fri

ok thats good :) i still cant imagine, that there will be proper recovery time for each muscle group because they are being worked every day... but everyone is different :)

i was hoping they werent in the same week. lolololol. be very tough to go heavy on this routine and heal up in time to hit it again. some foks can but there arent many. read the sticky "do deadlifts thicken waste" . there is a nice routine in there for putting on mass, juice or no juice. i have also posted a few of my workouts to give an idea of the volume i do. current stats 6' 300lbs. 585 bench, 805 squat and a 675 dead (all suited up not raw). hope this helps and good luck to ya bro with what ever you decide.

looks like 30+ sets per workout

that is a lot!!!!!

I would find it very hard to be at 100% intensity for that long.

where are the calf exercises?, Traps?

I would try 1 to 2 sets for each exercise
add calfs,traps

eat, sleep, train hard
