routine to actually get big(especially pecs) QUICK

i'm 19. 185lbs. bench max about 270lbs.. i work out on a regualr basis. 4-5 days a week on average.. and if i have time i will work out more. I been at liftinga and trying to get WAY bigger for past year and half AT LEAST.. i have gotten bigger and stronger. but seems like i should be or could be even more jacked and more strength if i do a better routine.. oh and some great tips on pec growth would be lovely.. my arms and shoulders will grow but my pecs never change..I am trying to get some great size with in months . thanks for any help i can get. oh and i am starting cycle of tren within next two weeks.
 
are you holding the bar at a 90 degree angle??

keeping a 90 degree angle and taking away your triceps will help stimulate chest growth..

whats ur split.. whats ur chest day look like...
 
okay the 90 degree thing seems like something i might not do completely... i will for sure work on that more. and sorry to sounded stupid.. but what is split? lol i just signed up today... and what do you think my chest day should look like? I try to do like a leg day then upper day switch off ya know? should i break it down more and isolate chest in it's own "day"
 
185lbs. 6'1. lol and i hope bf stands for body fat or something. cuz i ain't gay bro and do have no boy friend ha ha lol.. and body fat i don't know for sure.. but not that much. i am already pretty lean and decently ripped.. so very little body fat. i'm in pretty great shape that way.. just want to get bigger and stronger to be in really great shape
 
yea ur other thread has u saying ur gonna do gear... at ur age... ur gonna screw urself up man... getting big isn't about gear.. its about a proper training split (which is what u work out on what days of the week).. ur 6'1 185lbs.. i can get u up to 210lbs naturally very easily...

get ur diet fixed and get your training routine (split) up and running prime..
 
hey that's what i am here for.. trying to just get advice on things running thru my head. i started this post to try get a great lifting routine going to get bigger naturally, PH's, aas.. i have no idea what i'll do yet. but i have a lot more to figure out on that topic. just looking for ways to get bigger with my routine... so what should i do for my "split"
 
oh and my diet is a little harder for me because i am a college kid living in the dorms right now.. so i don't exactly have a kitchen to cook at.. but i do have a pretty good selection and the buffet place in my dorms...always has a selections that ican try to make fit into a diet plan the best way possible.

i'm in college too (about to graduate though lol) so i know how hard it is to have a good diet while in a dorm, but its amazing what you can do with a mini-fridge and a microwave in your room. keep you firdge stocked with fruit, eggs (to mix in with shakes), and milk. and get some whey and casein (and maybe a carb sup.) from TrueProtein and oats. use those foods and supplements for your snacking/small meals and pre and/or post-workout meals. then 3 meals in the dinning hall and you're gona start gaining some good weight in no time, assuming your training is good. if you need help with your training split send me a PM with your e-mail or FB url and i'll help you get a new routine together.

you seem willing to put in the work so why the rush? Learn how to train properly and how to eat properly and it will come. You are getting good advice here from 3J with his help you WILL grow. Good luck, I hope you are one of the ones that listens.
