i'm 19. 185lbs. bench max about 270lbs.. i work out on a regualr basis. 4-5 days a week on average.. and if i have time i will work out more. I been at liftinga and trying to get WAY bigger for past year and half AT LEAST.. i have gotten bigger and stronger. but seems like i should be or could be even more jacked and more strength if i do a better routine.. oh and some great tips on pec growth would be lovely.. my arms and shoulders will grow but my pecs never change..I am trying to get some great size with in months . thanks for any help i can get. oh and i am starting cycle of tren within next two weeks.
