Rugby and holdin on to gains.

My rugby season is just gettin under way and already I can feel my body catabolizing my mucle. I am trying to eat tonnes and reduce over training effect. Can any body give me suggestions as to best way to keep gains from a winter of hard training.

since I am on low dose Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) do you think upping my levels of test to 300mg every two weeks would do the trick. Or should I just wait till the season is over.

I have not cycled in five months. And have been on 100mgs every two weeks of cypinate.
 
when my season starts, i will eat as much as i can....almost more of a bulkin diet....with all the runnin we do in practice & games, i have no probs keepin strength & weight up as long as i keep eatin
