sad day!

today is the last day of my first cycle but started at 209 got up to230,started to cut now at 218 , hope I keep alot of whats left but got a total body transformation I feel great,did a ten week cycle with fina an test prop,no sides!now time for clo cant wait till next cycle will start that june 15! thanks for all the advise guys!

yeah, i cant wait till june 15th either. thats the day after my show and i will be eating 2 large pizzas and anything i see (plus $20 worth of easter candy that i bought and saving till that day)

but yes, it is sad to see a cycle end

I ran ,75mg test prop eod,fina 100mg ed for 10 weeks gained good muscle lost lots of bf,held some watertill I added dex to the mix,what should I expect now that my cycle is over? I kinda scared Im gonna lose all i worked for,Ill start clo on fri thx for any info!

bro if you REALLY pay attention to your post cycle regimen losses will be minimal . that includes your clomid/nolvadex therapy but especially your eating and training , some may disagree but i back my training off just a touch post cycle but not in intensity or weight but in reps/sets to allow better recovery while your nuts recover , take your vitamins /supplements and follow your diet plan like its life or death DONT START SKIPPING MEALS peace

no, nutri-w is going to do his first contest this summer, it's just a local one, but they teen and novice divisions don't know what's gonna hit them (if he gets his shit togther) MHAHAHAHA

yeah, it will be my first contest. unfortunately, i am not as big as i wanna be (my back and chest are lacking ). but hopefuly i will do decent.

If i win, then i am gonna celebrate and get trashed. if i get 2nd or 3rd, i will still be glad its over.... and get trashed. and if i do bad and lose horribly, im gonna get trashed. so either way, im gonna get trashed
