3 yrs ago, i started hitting haard, had the juice, did everything i needed, and gained like a mofo....graduated, had to quit working out, (intense work scheduals)...lost all my gains, but kept the appitite 
after topping the scales at 270, i needed to do something else... well now im sitting at 230-240ish, and i have that fire back beneith me...been aching to hit the gym for yrs again, but lazyness and the whole 'it was so much hard work to get where i was, i dont want to have to go through it again' ... well im going today and hitting the gym, and im more phyced nwo than ever.
I dont know where what forum this post belongs to, but im scared to death, that im goign to gain the 40-50lbs. right back, now i know all of it is eating/dieting...but i cant make myself belive that the weights could do it, especially since i have 50ml of test500 in my bottom drawer thats been collecting dust for over a year.
i have the frame, and the weight to make it happen...so should i concetrate on just eating really really clean, not worry about the 3k calories a day and still train heavy?
I never realized how much a rookie question this is, but this is what this forum is for, ...

im not sure if this is going to be asked but BF% is probally in lower/mid 30's *just a shot in the dark*
