Ulter sent me several bottles a little over a year ago and they worked fine for me. My girlfriend really liked it except for the fact that it made her hold a little water at the point of use. Although she loved coming off of it to see what she had actually lost.
its a yohimbe bark extract. Yohimbe does contain some yohimbine typically 1-2%, now most of those extracts are 8%.. so the other 75-90% of actives are the other alkaloids(there are 32)... many of which are quite toxic to the CNS.
