Second Cycle Starts monday!

After having a short 4 week cycle of prop in january i've decided to go for my second cycle, I've recieved myTest E, just waiting on nolva and tren.

Cycle will start on monday
Weeks 1-7 Tren
Weeks 1-10 Test E
Nolva as needed, and for post cycle therapy (pct), Clomid is the DEVIL!

also i know some say i should split the tren or run in the later half, but If i have am to have ensomnia and other night time sides from it, i'd preffer them to hit me in august and setpember before University gets to be in any way stressfull.

Also I work from 7pm to 3am 3-4 days a week. school from 10 till 3, coach from 3 till 5 and rugby a few days 6-9, So i'm not to worried about ensomnia because i'm sure that whenever my body finds a bed/pillow, it'll be lights out right quick, besides weekends those are pretty much free.. So i am going to try to make the weekend my big leggs day as it'll require the most effort.

Hoping to up stregth a fair bit
Diet will be the basic

Eggs and Oats for Breakfast

second meal:
salad (3 boiled eggs, romane lettus, tuna, chicken)

Third Meal
PWO shake

Fourth meal
two chicken breasts and prolly some sort of sidekicks or Pasta

Fifth meal
Chicken and veggies

Six'th
Protien shake

Midnight snack
Protien shake.

Also I'll be doing AM cardio most day's as well as some Conditioning with a football team i assist coach(I like runnin with those buggers), and rugby.

I may up cal's but as i am hoping to Cut up a bit on this cycle i'm going to try to hold around 3000cal aslo I'm going to incorp 2tbs flax oil somewhere in there

however overall i'm bulking so i will not be to strick on the diet, some Jube jubes may make it in.

Sorry for the delay. I've been very busy. So far I have to say wow, tren makes you grow. I figure it must be the tren more then the test because the test has just kicked.

anyways's I wish i had waited until now to start my cycle. in august I was working 55+ hours a week (not much labour either). I was lucky to get more then 2 meals in (and then other day's i'd have like 5000 cal's some of which Burger king). I made it to the gym mabey 10 times, did a fair amount of drinking (had each weekend in august already planned out. was a day late twice on my tren injections.

However I have gone from bairly being able to bench 315 once, to doing an unspotted set of 7 reps. all my other exercises are up, my leg speed has increased (rugby three times a week), and most surprising to me was when i jumped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 225 from 198. I figure at least 10lbs must be water because if anything i've lost some fat.

as far as Sides are concerned tren was making me a bit moody nothing to bad, pimples have actually decreased, i have one on my chest thats it. the only thing is stretch marks, which I can definatly live with. Since i felt test kick in earlier this week i've been in much better moods. September is going to be much at diet and regimine is in place, aslo it'll be tren + test making me grow, not just the tren. HOwever I'm going to start doing am cardio again to see if i can get outa this with a six pack, since tren seems to have started cutting me, i feel i should help it out, i've already put on more weight then i expected so I have nothing to lose from some am cardio. However I can say that cardio at rugby has become increasing difficult, perhaps thats just dew to running with an extra 25 pounds.

Ohh also I've been doing the a DC type workout so even tho I've only gone to the gym a few times in the last three and a half weeks I seem to have hit every muscle group fairly equally.

stick with the diet you put up and you should see some nice clean gains. And congrats on the 315 from 1 to 7, thats a nice jump. Do you do deads at all?
