Second PH cycle and post cycle therapy (pct) (thumbs up/critique)

Big on squats, dead, and overhead press. I use to bench and build to over 300, but it really hurt my shoulder so haven't done that in a year or 2. I do cleans for fun here and there but very rarely. Gotten to 315 a few months back, might try 335 sometime. Do incline still though. Yea all days are fun for me. Back's prob the favorite cause of deadlifts and rows. I always feel like me and my buddy are the only guys really killing it at my gym. Lifetime fitness >.> I've only seen 4 or 5 people deadlift over 500lbs during my 4 years there ha. And squats are even worse.
 
You clean 315? Or on bench? Yeah I love Deadlifts. What are you squatting currently?

I feel you on the intensity factor. I sweat like a whore in church and get close to vomiting and fainting by the end of training. And these other fools are just putting along like theyre on holiday. I work out at planet fitness currently. Needless to say ive been responsible for the lunk alarm going off a few times lol
