Disagree with that..... Im 6'4"... Mine are 17.5+....
Good friend of mine is 6'8 hes got 20s"...... But hes HUGE..

But.... Having 17.5" on me looks the same(proportion wise) as a 5'8 guy with 15"...

I was 15-15 and a half around 2 years back im just over 17 now when flexed and cold, I go upto 17.5 to 17 and 3 quarters when pumped.

Look at the hulk his arms were about 22-23'' and he is 6'5, big arms can be done when tall.

Arms certainly look bigger on a smaller framed person.

indeed they do brother,i have a friend thats 5'9 245 and he looks alot bigger than me,and im nearly 280,but when you measure me,my arms are bigger than his
