I've accepted completed online Medical History Questionnaires, sets of blood work and viewed physicals from 39 new prospective patients/clients this week as of now.....

I have had my physician sign off on, forward to the pharmacy, 35 of those clients requests as of now. They have all been shipped to the appropriate recipient.

YET I'VE STILL HAD TIME TO TAKE A SHIT, EAT SOME BREAKFAST, PULL OUT A , RUN OFF A QUICK BATCH OF , AND RELOAD BEFORE MY GIRL BRINGS ME SOME PUSSY FOR LUNCH????
