Serracor-NK Alternative to Prenisone

Has anyone heard of or tried this supplement ? It is marketed as an alternative to Predisone.

I have sinus issues and cannot smell or taste very well. When I am using prednisone My senses come back for a while. Currently looking for an alternative.

Looks intriguing. Nattokinase is supposed to be excellent for sinus issues.
