Severe Bleeding after a shot, Why?

I was giving myself a glute shot of Sustenon 250 tonight. The whole shot was messed up. The syringe slipped when I went to inject. It only went in about 1/2". The next 1/2" was pushed in slowly due to me being twisted around weird. I then aspirated and was at a weird angle. After aspirating and seeing only an air bubble, I slowly injected the syringe. When I pulled out the needle, it was like arterial blood spurting. A steady stream of blood spurted out for about 2 seconds and then trickled for about 3 more seconds. I consider that excessive bleeding. What could have caused that? I know I messed up the injection, but why would it bleed that much?

Simply stated, you went through a vein on the way in, no big deal, as long as you aspirated.

a squirter....it is weird but the quickest way to stop it is tight compressing.....i just press several alcohol swabs and hold it there.....

i had it happen to my dealt it started spurting out but compression stopped it.....

thids happened to me but i aspirated and som of the blood came out and i got some drops of blood through my tight and when i applied pressure it stopped, did i loss the test i was injecting?? dayum =/

Ps: my main cncerne is if i lose test on the process or i was blood for a vein i hit with the needle
