Why do you think this is a body building forum? As I told you earlier, this forum is dedicated to the study of AAS. Guys here actually play team sports and want to improve their performance. Or they have found their way here because it is probably the best site on the internet for treating hypogonadism with TRT. Or guys are power lifters. And we have a lot of bodybuilders come here too looking to learn more about AAS to help them reach the next level. This site isn't about posting pics of "male porn".
 
Bustinass has a great core and nice rounded off shoulders, on such a small waisted person that is usually rare. Are you saying his nutrition is off, because it obviously isn't.

His nutrition can't help his small waist(genetics). I'm saying his aas has enhanced his nutrition. What works for him is not necessarily what's works for the peeps that pay for bus advice. Then, a broader more comprehensive approach like the one zilla might use is needed.

I don't think there's anything wrong with having some extra weight, I get fat every winter because I like food. I cut every summer, but I enjoy life during the holidays. I don't like when I hear fat guys say they're bulking though....that agitated me.

Not everyone can eat beef and ice cream for a prebed meal like shredder lol

Bitemyass, your physique is impressive, for a natty. Genetics and steroids will hide a plethora of dieting blunders. But I don't have to tell you do I. I doubt you even look like you lift when you have regular clothes on. So when you base your knowledge about a sport and all its facets on looks alone, you will miss the mark when training an 'average' individual. An experienced trainer knows people are individual and not everyone responds to the same tweaks, training and diet wise.

Matt, where do I begin? If your genetics were as favorable as your ego and persona then you might have something. I gave you kudos for the cut last year. It takes more will power than I have to deny yourself calories like you did to make your goal. Too bad your genetics suck ass, because you have the drive and work ethic to succeed in this sport.

I'm 47. 245 lbs on 5-09 heavy frame. I have some fat on me but I'm not fat. I look like I lift even with semi baggy work clothes. My new job I'm known as the Manila gorilla lol

Lmao, genetics, been lifting for a total of 3 years, I think I have come along way to where I was 3 years ago, it's not going to happen overnight nor, in a years time, I have learned the hard way and learned that I cannot be my own coach, I took strides to better myself and use a dieting coach to help me with my current diet plans, again u can be 275lbs, there lots of them walking around but how much bodyfat u carrying on the 245lbs frame of yours bro
My question now is how long u been lifting?

There are a lot of dudes in the various gyms that don't have a clue about proper lifting technique and form. Diet advice from 'trainers' can suck rocks as well.

I refrain from offering unsolicited advice most of the time. Less than half of the bro that squat ever come close to parrallel. I squat 3 plates for reps to parrallel but have started doing other lifts and techniques.

I figure most guys wouldn't take constructive criticism very well and ignore me anyway. And as long as they are willing to come to the gym and lift, they're getting more workout than playing video game etc.
