severe knee pain after squatting 5 plates (video)

For u to give advice when u run tren year round is crazy, I myself run tren, love tren, but also give my body a break, cruise, then blast, u just constantly run tren with your shit ass diet and begin to tell people tren good for u, obviously something is wrong here, your physique sucks for the amount of time u been running tren bro

Bro, trust me I don't look like an average dude in a shirt lol, well at least I walk by somebody and somebody whispers that guys looks huge, but again I take it in I think to myself I must be doing something right

i applaud people who post pics, especially if they are doing their best, thats all that counts

matt has posted pics and i am VERY cool with that, shows he is real and kicking ass and doing his best. THIS is the example all the big mouths here need to follow, what matt has done but i somehow have my doubt we will see ANY pics from the 'big shots' since they wouldnt BE bigshots for 2min longer if they posted real pics. so their power relies on being in the shadow, hiding like rats. their power is gotten through abuse and lies, not through openness and honesty

Currently sitting at 224.8lbs at 12 percent bodyfat so tell me I am doing something wrong? I got another 6 to 8 weeks left on this current cut and just lowered my cals down this week from 3500 to 3000

I have never said "its good for you" i said its not toxic.... my statement on avi is clearly a joke for all the flack i get about loving tren. I am more than qualified to give advice especially to newbies because i was there before and i know what to expect i have experience making all the mistakes you can think of...... as for your opinion on me nkt looking good fact is i look 100× better than when i joined here and you know that. I cant say the same for you you either didnt put on slabs of muscle in all this time or you burned all your muscle off you use to look pretty beastly for a beginner at the time

if i was a general matt would be my right hand, the dude got challanged and responded in spades and thats how a real man does it. i hope the pic is real but its a pic and its good enough for me for now.

what Matt has done is more then what all the big shots here have done, he has provided PROOF. when you get change back in 7-11 you count and change, you dont pray its there, same with everything else in life. you want PROOF and in bodybuilding proof is in the pudding and your looks

all the big shots may make a move now and PROVE themselves, like matt has done. face the fire!

i am going to post my own thread and i want to see what you guys suggest i eat to get from 210 to 240 solid!i will start it now.

going up that much in weight isnt just food, its mostly hormones. so just asking for food is going to lead you to fatville fast

I give credit to.anybody that can "bulk" and then "cut" as the dieting aspect of the game is the last piece of the puzzle people seem to figure out, when in a caloric deficit, getting low in bodyfat takes alot of disipline, more then just eating away and throwing weights around in the gym, it's what separates the rats to the guys that goto the extreme to better there physique, it's why they call it off season to bulk and grow, and spring and summers months to cut to show off what u gained

Looks like a weakness of the VMO; Your kness pulled in at the extension phase and its a common problem with patella-femoral pain. Also I cant see from this angle but looks like a hip dysfunction which could be again VMO and in turn piriformis.

yes takes LOTS of discipline and mindpower and knowledge to get lean as a cock. thats EXACTLY why it is important to see proof of these big shots that they have done it themselves and judging by the ALCK of proof i would say they never have done it and never gotten lean. who in the fuck would want to listen to theire garbage then, only sheep i would assume. when going to war talk toa war veteran not a news broadcaster who just reads the words that somebody else wrote. this is key!

i am about to start a 18 week cycle test e 600 mg week 1-18 npp 450 mg week 1-10 dbol 50 mg week 1-3 anadrol 50 mg week 4-6 and i was going to kick start with some prop as well.i started a thread.

One thing I have noticed is that nomatter how.many drugs are involved, tren being the most harshest and best compound I believe some people just don't get your "diet" is key to success to nomatter what your goals are, u cannot just bulk all year round nor cut all year round, but some people think u can, u can Def maintain, but in order to grow u have to eat, in order to cut u have to be in a caloric deficit (simple)

That's 30lbs man that's minimum 3 years training natural if u can genetically keep an additional 30lbs on top of what you already have which may not be very likely. If you want to get there quick you'll have to do probably 2 cycles that's still a year to a year and a half man. 30lbs is a ass load of muscle man.

The OP and Matt gonna take the bodybuilding world by storm lol.

Here's my take on this laughable thread.

Bitemyass, your physique is impressive, for a natty. Genetics and steroids will hide a plethora of dieting blunders. But I don't have to tell you do I. I doubt you even look like you lift when you have regular clothes on. So when you base your knowledge about a sport and all its facets on looks alone, you will miss the mark when training an 'average' individual. An experienced trainer knows people are individual and not everyone responds to the same tweaks, training and diet wise.

Matt, where do I begin? If your genetics were as favorable as your ego and persona then you might have something. I gave you kudos for the cut last year. It takes more will power than I have to deny yourself calories like you did to make your goal. Too bad your genetics suck ass, because you have the drive and work ethic to succeed in this sport.

OP don't go all 'show me your pudding pops' on me k?

I'm 47. 245 lbs on 5-09 heavy frame. I have some fat on me but I'm not fat. I look like I lift even with semi baggy work clothes. My new job I'm known as the Manila gorilla lol

Bustinass has a great core and nice rounded off shoulders, on such a small waisted person that is usually rare. Are you saying his nutrition is off, because it obviously isn't.

Actually, according to BustinRhymes that is not true. Seems you guys disagree with one another.
