why so defensive? that wasnt a personal attack on you nor was it intended to be taken that way. and just because im new (actually not, just back after a few years) doesnt mean that it gives my views or opinions any less validity than if i had 1000 posts. quantity of posts doesnt mean quality of advice.

as for who i am, im just someone back to training in the last year after a long time away. previous to that i was involved in rowing, participated in a few international competions, did well in a few europeans, retired, got involved in BB, got up to about 260-265 at about 11%, had an accident and almost broke my back and spent the next couple of years trying to recover and get back active again. and in the last year was confident enough of how things were progressing so i decided it was time to try and get back into BB.

im someone who has had the benefit of some great trainers in the past and from what i went thru i know the benefit of having someone there to help you who knows what they are talking about and can explain it and give you that knowledge rather than someone that just wants you to accept what they say and that is it! i know because i am more aware than most that time is precious and training time used listening to crap advice that gets you nowhere is time utterly wasted.

in regard to what you say about working on oil rigs and teaching someone to do something hands on, yes of course thats spot on. just like going to the gym and for example, seeing someone on the the lat pulldown where they are using such poor technique that they are almost being lifted out of the seat. you know its just a matter of time before they mess themselves up. But with AAS its also whats happening on the inside so id like a trainer with that knowledge, to tell me whats happening inside, how its affecting organs, why this dosage is optimal or what i should take to combat the negative effects of certain compounds.

but hey, if you can find anything to knock in anything that i have said then please feel free to do so. i dont need to jump into any forum and side with the majority in the hope that someone will like me nor am i trying to. as for you personally, while i know little about you other than what you have said here and in other posts ive read over the months, i simply responded to your first statement regardng scientists and the rest was in general with regard to this thread overall. you have been pretty straightforward in regard to your knowledge and your progress to date, neither of which i would knock as your pics which were posted showed the knowledge and advice you have gained here is working out well for you.

Heard it sucks and I had high hopes because I was a huge fan of District 9. Guess that director will end up being a one hit wonder if he doesn't get a deal to direct another movie.
