instead of trying to piss on me, i suggest you do your job and piss on those who CLAIM huge things but never actually posed a pic of them, like the 'coach' in this thread here who came to embarras me but bowed out withint 2 of my replies, simple because he knows he cant put out so he just puts his head down and leaves. i suggest you concentrate on those guys cause they are selling dreams without proof, i bring pudding and proof of who i am, something VERY few can actually claim in this sport filled with lies.

This thread is a cluster fuck. Ripped knows his shut and if he calls bullshit on something then there is likely good reason. Bustinass has a great physique but let's not downplay the role of drugs in building that physique.

I have to say its true i have seen too many guys that are good readers and copy and paste. I would really prefer to see a pic without knowing what they look like just goes in 1 ear out the other. Im all about hands on people tell me how toxic tren is im living proof i do this shit i abuse tren and dont have problems. So studys dont mean shit to me real life hands on experience wins all the time.

I obviously dont know shot about dieting but everyone said i was too fat to cycle and look now i came pretty dam far once i stopped listening to these so called experts. Id say BA has the body to at least say he knows something and obviously is doing shit right
 
what studies are people babbling on about? all studies are done on sick or average people with minimal dosages of legal compounds like test and anadrol

this is BODYBUILDING so NOBODY can find 1 study that tells me how 1gram of test and 6iu og grwoth and whatever else impacts the body while we train 6x a week and do everything else. studies are for average people, thats why those quiting them NEVER show pics because they LOOK average since they follow the studies.

in a sport where looks matter its laughable to rely on studies and not see how the person looks. internet is filled with fatzo's that copy paste but very few WALK THE WALK

Problem is bro they dont do those studies on bodybuilders i think alot not everything just doesn't apply no way they study someone in 100mg tren ed. They dont study guys like us i probably sound dumb cuz i cant explain but i think you know what i mean. Thos doesnt even apply to coaches here but im gonna listen to someone that looks the look

Except many of the guys that look the part were trained by guys like these. Are there exceptions to the rule? Sure! But that's what makes guys like these great, they understand the difference, and adjust accordingly.

There aren't any real studies on humans with tren, so the best we can do is learn from our own research and take some information from animal studies. I'm not really a big fan of animal studies, but they do often provide some insight.

Edit: OP, I would seriously look at form and try to work on accessory muscles. Leg extensions for instance can help build the ends of your three main quadriceps heads, which helps to keep the knee in place during a heavy squat. Also, don't forget to work on the hamstrings, as these will help a great deal during the negative phase of the exercise.

Id also add direct work to the adductor and abductors as well. You dont see a lot of guys doing these but they are highly beneficial. You strengthen those and your squats will go up, guaranteed.

I get some seriously dirty looks from the gals when I "invade" their ad/abductor area, but I totally agree! Ventroglutes/adductors need love too!
