AB is on point. Get some cialis, longer acting and you can take it hours before sex, Viagra hits harder but needs to be taken with in an hour before.
But neither will fix libido, and when my libido is gone, I don't care how hot my woman is, and how much she is willing to do, I just don't have any interest. That's only happened one time but crashing my estro, I explained the problem and she tried and got some half assed but whatever I make up for it the rest of the year.
This is a common feeling because of hormones fluctuating. What did you gain on cycle, what was your cycle, and have you stopped training and eating in post cycle therapy (pct)?
I know you said you lost appetite but you lost all your gains fast. Stay off the scale and focus on eating, sleeping, training. Don't worry yourself so much about the libido, it's temporary and will become mental really fast. I know I've been more focused on worrying about keeping an erection then I was about handling my business, and that will ruin it for you. Cialis helps. Both are safe to take. Most prefer cialis, Viagra can cause headaches, but they can also help control bp, can be used like N O pre workout supps and can give you peace of mind.
The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should have really cut down the hormone crash which it sounds like you are experiencing. Your T is low, estro is low or high but with all the aromisin I'm guessing it's low. Aromisin is good in post cycle therapy (pct) IMO to elevate T a bit but taking to much can just continue negative feedback loop. Clomid makes some guys feel kinda depressed.
What you have to do is man up, say fuck it, and do not let anything hold you down. Eat and eat more, you need fuel for muscle, eat even if you aren't hungry, train hard and heavy low reps but a little less intensity and do not be in the gym more than 30-45 minutes. Just in and out.
I hate to see guys lose everything after a cycle because they start to feel down and amplify what hormones are making them feel. Fuk the scale, it doesn't mean shit unless you are under contract as an athlete or competing. Other then that it doesn't mean shit, go by what you see in the mirror and if still not happy, evaluate your weak points and work on them. But there is some serious problems in your program. You should not lose all your gains that quick or at all if you are not already pushing beyond your genetic potential. Don't give up and keep your head up. Life cannot be that bad considering you have women willing to let you pound it out, but always remember any gains that came easy, are easy to lose.
You should be feeling better very soon and I would lower that Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose by half but you need to judge it by how you feel. Sounds like you followed a posted protocol that's typically for many of us but you adjust the doses to fit yourself.
