Ive always read people get "sick" after doing squats but I did squats then deads and I am slightly shaking and I feel really light headed is this completely normal?
 
After I give it my all for a set of squats I am shaky, lightheaded, and sometimes I puke. So if you are working really hard, feeling the way you do is common.
 
never puked, but I have had dry heaves from squatting before. Generally, after EVERY squat workout I am at least lightheaded and shaking, if not dizzy and nauseous too. Completely normal bro. Congrats on the good workout.
 
Too much lactic acid in your blood will make you nauseated..

Does having something in your stomach any better ?
