Minimum Duration For A Cycle
Guys what's your opinion on very short training cycles. I started my very first cycle of Winstrol last week day1 10mg & I'm currently on day9 taking 30mg. My weight gain has evened out a bit but I have put on between 6-8lbs(1/2 inch on arms) whilst maintaining around 10-12% bodyfat. As I'm not likely to make much more gains on this mild steroid what are your thoughtrs on me stopping the cycle after 2 weeks & going on a 2 week clen cycle.
Also I don't wanna get massive just going for a sprinters physique. What would you recommend for my next cycle - primo maybe?

Don't want to get massive? I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.

I was one of the first people to write about the advantages of shorter (3-4 week) cycles with a piece called "Steroids For Health" back in '98. Since then, several self proclaimed gurus have adapted the concept and suggested 2 week cycles, which I do not believe to be productive.

Weight gain from winstrol tends to solid since it doesn't cause water retention.

As for the clen, I've always seen it as a temporary fix .

30 GRAMS/day is huge amount:D
 
Short cycles are best.

A good friend of mine never goes longer than five weeks. He always uses small doses of test deca and winstrol. He never uses clomid or does any post cycle therapy (pct) and he never has any side effects and yes he would tell me. The guy is 18 stone ripped to fuck bloody amazing actually. I went on my first cycle and told him about it he said there is no need to stay on longer than five weeks. I argued with him and brought up certain fitness web sites do's and dont's he just laughed.

This guy and his dad look fuckin awesome . His old man has won loads of trophys quite a big name in bodybuilding in the uk and he told me exactly the same information.

By the way first cycle put on 15 pound solid been off nearly two months no crash and kept 15 pound no fat no water no sides with no post cycle therapy (pct) and used a small amount of gear. Cant be bad.

I totally agree with you, man.
I had to come to that decision, short cycles only, because I'm getting old and I cannot stand anymore the hard post cycle period. And the only way for me not to crash or being depressed on clomid or nolva is being on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for short times, 4 or 5 weeks.
I'm also thinking of not running any "traditional" post cycle therapy (pct) but only use herbal post cycle therapy (pct)'s (plus zma, tribulus and all that stuff).
Anyway, no more "crazy cycles" for me.;)
 
What would you guys recommend for my next cycle? Test seems to be the popular one -how much for a newbie. Gonna alternate Winstrol (winny) & Clen for around 4-6 weeks then looking to use something with a little more kick.
 
Longer cycles with low dosages have been proven well for some. I guess it's different strokes for different folks. And everyones body reacts different to different techniques , so what works for some may not work for others.
 
Trying short cycles so that it doesn't impact my natural test production(which I believe is fairly low as I'm a blooody ectomrphic hardgainer)
 
PS is it normal for your rear delts to mass up - they seem to have shot up way better than any other body part(but then again I am doing sub maximal pullups every day)
 
Everyone is different

Swale has documented labs that show complete suppression after 3 weeks at only 100mg of test.

Rememeber your body needs time to adjust to new muscle and weight gain. If you dont give your body enough time, you will lose the weight.

6 weeks will cause suppression! How you recover is an individual thing
