Should I even bother aiming to compete? I'm told I look skinny at 127kg

A bodybuilder from my gym who just competed in the Arnold said I would disgracefully lose in any competition even after another 2 years because I look frankly anorexic in comparison to the shorter guys and he doesn't believe I can get to 150kg even within 5 years.

Should I contact 3J and get an updated bulk plan? I'm already struggling to consume more and now drinking carbo powder to get even more calories.

I'm taking 1000mg test, 600mg primobolan, hgh 8iu/day and was introduced to insulin 10iu every morning just recently which dramatically increased my strength in a short period of time.

Thoughts?

Thanks

You've made some pretty good gains looking at your pics. I wouldn't give up but maybe re-evaluate your situation. Talking to 3J is a plus. That will get your diet in check. You've come along way not just to give up cuz some Dick at the gym said you couldn't do it.

You would have a very hard time genetically...maybe look into physique comp. Tall guys usually have an advantage.

Also, that is a pretty hefty dose of compounds...at 8iu of HGH you should be much leaner. I would work on diet a shit ton. Chicken, fish, rice, potatoes...try carb backloading and maybe try and add some cardio to get that bodyfat down. I wouldn't say competing would be impossible but it would never be at a high level (ie. the arnold).

Also, make sure you cycle that insulin and don't become dependent although this is rare....127kg and 10% bf and you would look good. Again, think about maybe trying to get NPC national qualified in physique

You could compete. They have all sort of national and local stuff. Just need to get your diet down. You would look alot better when you trim up. I am going to compete in a local event in 2014, its every april. And im not big. They have different classes.

I think you should reevaluate your diet and training as well. To me that amount of gear is a bit excessive. But then again I am a guy who supports lower doses.

I definitely think you can compete. Who says you need to be HUGE to step on stage? Look at every pro BBers first competition. Do they look like they all look 250 lb shredded? Heck no! I can even post some pics if you want..

If you're in it for the long haul I think it would be good to get your feet wet in the world of competing. It will be a good learning experience for sure. If you will win the comp, who knows. But IMO its all about enjoying yourself - something a lot of competitors forget

If you have to ask us if you should be aiming to compete then no you shouldn't be competing in a sport that requires stronger mental fortitude than that.

slow your juice and work on lean consistent gains, your kind of dirty bulking and you're going to loose so much when you have to cut .

So 127kg is 280lbs right?? Or is my math wrong? You don't look 280 lbs.. maybe 215..

Remember I'm 194cm tall. I'd look 215 if I was 170cm tall. Every tall person I know is already 215 without even going to the gym. Just is life. Need to eat twice as much than shorter people and be so much bigger just to have the same proportions.

Plus I have 19inch arms and 28inch legs. Though due to the length of my bones, they of course will look anorexic to a guy who is 170cm tall.

Even the guy at my gym is 75kg (see attached). The guy looks massive because he is a midget at 160cm tall... height makes a massive difference.

I'm not dirty bulking... where did you come up with that? I'm following 3J's meal routine he gave me from the beginning. I haven't contacted him since to get an update so to increase my size. I eat whatever he told me to eat... 12 eggs for breakfast, oatmeal, chicken, meat, brown rice, sweet potato, etc etc....

All bs aside bro, don't let anyone tell you not to pursue your dream. If someone tells you that you can't do it, just use that as more motivation and drive to train harder and get where u want to be.

If it's in your heart to compete man give it a go. What the hell is the worst that will happen? In the end you lose some competitions but end up in better shape than 90% of the world population. I'm seriously not getting all of this height weight blah blah blah blah. Yes portions matter but plenty of pro athletics in all spots including bodybuilders had a ton of reasons as well as people spelling them out in regards to why they shouldn't try.

Uck the idiot in your gym. If you want this then you seriously need the man the hell up and go for it. Brb asking everyone if I have permission to succeed in anything before I do it. Your lack of balls in this situation is disturbing...did you run HCG?

EXPERIENCE.

When you do get right...it s not just being the baddest but stage presence, presentation, transitioning poses...you ll learn from others and vid the show so you can work on posing and see what the judges see..

You see ?

You make me so proud...I almost got a little teary eyed. *sniff* *sniff* *cough* Anyone have some Adex? Good luck with your pursuit. Keep us updated with some pics or start a log in that other thread / forum.

Dude, don't let anyone tell you what you can and can't do. F EM! what you choose to do is up to you, and no one controls how hard you can work towards achieving a goal, do everything in your power to reach your goals, if you are constantly thinking and working on achieving a goal you will get there
