Borderline Insane
Okay guys, I'm on the verge of ordering all my products. I've done a fair amount of research and know the side-effects and problems I could have further down the line, however, My mind is made up. I will accept feedback and constructive criticism 
Before I get into stats, I would like to say my overall reason for taking steroids is that, when i was 17 years old, I started taking test boosters. I did not know the tapering down process of Novodex XT, and it resulted in some Gyno and messing up my hormonal balance.
Stats:
Age: 22 years old
Height: 5'11 feet
Weight: 175lbs
BF: 14%
Goal: Lean bulk to 200lbs while maintaining 14-16% BF.
Diet: I posted my diet in 3J's Forum but in summary, I will be eating 3500-4000 Cals, Macronutrient basis of: 40/30/30. Manipulating my Carb intake to prevent too much bloating.
Protein Intake: 300g ED
Carb intake: 100g-400g ED (Carb days)
Fat intake: 100g-150g ED
Water intake: 4-5Litres ED
I know diet is key for results, I will try to eat as much as i can 6x times a day, with my work schedule sometimes its challenging and meal prep becomes more of a priority but i will do my best.
AAS Cycle 1:
-Test E 500mg 2x Week for 12 weeks (Monday/Thursday)
-Adex 0.25/0.5mg EOD Throughout cycle and post cycle therapy (pct) to prevent Gyno
-Clomid: 100/50/50/50
-Nolva: 40/40/20/20/20
-HCG: 250IU 2x week throughout Cycle.
HCG Blast: 14 days after last pin of Test E, administer 1500-2000iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD for 10 shots, Start Serm treatment 3-4 days after last Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shot.
Perform Blood work after Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast to see how test levels are doing and if further Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is neccesary before commencing SERM treatment
Workout Schedule:
Monday: Chest/Triceps/Calves+30 minutes Low-intensity Cardio
Tuesday: Back/Biceps/Abs+15 minute stretching+10 minute foam rolling
Wednesday: Rest Day/15 minute Stretching+30 minutes L.I.S.S
Thursday: Quads/Calves+20 minutes H.I.T.T
Friday: Shoulders/Traps/Abs+15 minutes stretching/Foaming Rolling
Saturday: Squats+Deads+BP+30 minutes Conditioning/15 minute stretching
Sunday: OFF/Rest/Reform diet
I would also like to say I was recently 190lbs but was unsatisfied by the way i bulked, contained too much fat. So i know how food consumption will be the underlying factor in determining my results.
What i need to know is that if juicing at 22 years old will really mess up my hormonal balance, Im following all the best procedures and will get blood work done after my cycle.
