Should I Try Working My Abs Everyday?

I usually work my abs every second day but since Im on a cycle and gear makes recovery times faster I was thinking Id get better results trying everyday. Does anyone who does or did abs everyday on a cycle notice better results? Looking for answers from those who know firsthand.
 
abs are 98% diet, 1% ab work, and 1% genetics.

If you have fat on them and cant see em, doing more abs work won't matter. And if your BF is low, once or twice a week is plenty. Remember, abs are a muscle, and muscles grow. Having 'bigger' abs is not always asthetically better.

People think that abs need to be done differently...they are a muscle too, so they need rest like every other muscle.

Doing everyday abs, will work on having stronger abs, and on your resistance, but it ain't gonna get you ripped unless you diet, some cardio and rest the muscle too.

The muscles grow while they are resting.

Genetics is also important. Maybe you're really strong, but your genetics, and body structure don't show that you are that strong.

Example: just because I'm black, I become ripped faster than most women, maybe I'm not as strong as they are, but I certainly look it.
 
Just because your black huh? LOL, I work abs 2x a week. maybe 3, depends on when the week starts and ends. But I also incorp cardio

I do abs every 3rd day. 1 on 2 off

So true. Once you have good looking abs all you need to maintain is cardio. Hell, even the most out of shape people have abs once the BF is removed.

I do abs maybe once every 2-3 weeks and once I rid of the BF its golden.

Bullshit. I used to do 1000 reputations a day, on an ab roller. Worked my way up to sets of 100. Throwing my feet up to meet my hands at the top, to invole the lower abs(sucking in the whole time) You could punch me in the stomach as hard as u wanted too and I would laugh in your face. Im 15% right now, once i drop it..... We're talking brick-like!

^ for cardio to show them off nicely 9% and lower is NICE. Big weight, Big gut/BIG waist. Reps is the key

Your a bodybuilder and you want a big waist, how dumb are you.
 
I'm a powerlifter and do ab work 5 days a week.I do 2 heavy days and 3 light high volume days.I have a naturally narrow waist that looks great regardless of the amount of work I do or don't do.

I put in the amount of work I do to build core strength.A strong core is everything for a powerlifter.It helps every lift.
