shoulder pain, should i continue cycle?

thats one i did for recovery.
i fell down an elevator hoistway and ripped mine out of place. i grabbed the rails on the way down so i wouldn't end up dead. a little pain was worth it.
my ladder broke under me and down i went.
for this dude here this may work just fine.

ouch fuck me.

i can raise it above my head just fine no pain at all, wen i first got the pain about 2 weeks there was a tiny lil sharp pain, but i think it has gone away ... not sure if cus ive rested it or done lighter weights or been using ice packs / heat bags / heat creams / inflammatory pills / stretching it..... but im pretty sure it will still hurt a bit wen i try to do any movements involving the anterior deltoid, aka front shoulder press, incline press, bench press... guess theres only 1 way to find out? to train them right? but ill go much lighter n slower of course cus if i feel pain i should just stop and let it rest more? or prob go get that MRI scan... but its annoying feels like im wasting my cycle lol

I would get it checked out, if i feel there is something wrong i get it checked out, its better to be safe then sorry right? if there is something wrong and you shrug it off could lead to an even worse injury. just my 2 cents

i had a shoulder problem two about 2 weeks ago. i trained with jus cables for 2 weeks on chest an had no pain. when i wud bench is whn it would aggravate it the most. Like said above stay away from shoulder presses even light weight will still bother you. once the pains gone, work back into benching slowly with light weight. see how you feel. keep us posted bro

k today i did a full propper shoulder workout prob my first 1 in over 2 weeks and did triceps aswell, i did about 7 exercises on shoulders and 5 on triceps, didnt feel much pain at all i think it went away and i was going semi heavy, just making sure it was good form... hopefully i wont feel no pain wen i do chest this time. also tryed that shoulder thing wif the rope u mentioned to keep my shoulders back.

the pain happened from training chest heavy about 2 weeks ago, i gave it 1 week rest and trained it again but lightly / slower etc more eccentric style but the pain still stays.

You answered your own question. Doing heavy chest will cause shoulder problems, along with elbow pain. I've learned my lesson.

Your best choice is to go light from now on, lighter but more reps or slower. Stay away from heavy flat bench for a couple of months. That's what I had to do. Going to the doctor isn't going to get you healed any faster.

true that sucks cus benching is my favourite :( lol...... so u reckon an MRI scan is a waste of money? time will probly heal it self?
