Skateboarding? Just a thought.

For all you mma or other recreational activity guys this may help you with developing balance or more steady balance.

Last night was the first time I rode a skateboard more than 2ft (no bullshit) and it dawned on me that for those with shaky balance this may help them. People like boxers, mma's, hikers, etc.

I have good balance, so I thought, but getting on that skateboard really showed me I could have better. (*You may bust your nugget a time or two at first)

Just a thought. Figured I'd share. If anyone tries it let me know what you think about it's benefeit to balance in sports.
 
Used to be good at the old skateboarding when I was a kid then I started lifting and you cant ollie that high when your 200+lbs.
