Hey guys,

Three days ago I injected test into my left glute. I'm on my seventh week and all of a sudden I notced (three days after injecting) a very small lump under my skin. It's painless, but if I press it somewhat it feels a bit sore.

Anyway, here's a pic, I'm a bit worried though.

What do you guys think happened?

sounds pretty standard as most of us get knots under the skin quite regularly in my case, especially if I use my left hand to do the other side, I'm not quite as smooth if you know what I mean. if you can it, or even if you can't, put a knuckle right on the bump and push it around. seriously. a frozen tennis ball or one of those orange floor hockey balls will also work if you roll them around.
if it was infected my man, you would know by now, and you would be running a high temp.

Could be a number of things:

moved while pin was inside
pushed down to fast
didint practice sterile technique
didint go deep enough

plus more

If the pain starts to progress more, and it gets more hot, than go to a doc and get some antibiotics. Listen to you body.

@Harnold....your are right on. Im always sore when injecting with my left hand. Thats why the left side of my bod get the majority of the pins!
