Iv'e used this since i started training, started around 4 months ago, I have hardly got much stronger on it and all as it does now is snaps my shit up, i mean i have 15 a side on, started on 7.5's's for sets of 7-12.
If i switch to barbell, will it be better for me and will stop these shoulder from feeling like there snapping? form is good but I am getting pains now.
