Well it didn't take long for the hairy comment to come out lol,Ive just started to lift weights been about a week and a half,also been jogging for the past couple of weeks.The first, few attempts at jogging were shameful,Quite disgusted in myself really but have made great progress,Can any of you guys point me in the right direction on a basic routine for me, to do at home i have free weights 2x dumbell +barbell... no bench atm.
