Yeah im on my phone I tend to miss so stuff sometimes too.lol. Even at 200mgs a week is low ur estrogen isn't going to be that high and letro is very strong if u take to much at once u will fill bad. When I do 1100mgs in a week I take letro and I taken to much and it makes me feel sick. It's all a guess until bloodwork is done. Did u doc give u letro to take?

Yes doc gave it to me I take half a little pull every two Weeks

At least take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) the day after the shot. It's half life is 1/4th of T. You would feel better at whatever dosage by being more consistant. So in your case 1/4th of a pill 1x/week

Well my next shot is tomorrow morn if nothing changes in next week I'll go Back to doc and get blood drawn

It shouldn't matter if you got deep into the muscle on any particular injection. There has been at least one study that showed SubQ to be just as effective as IM injections.

Bloodwork is the key. No sense in guessing as every person is different in how their body reacts to hormones.
