Was super charged for my last cycle. I ran
2 x sust300/week and 2 x deca200/week for 12 weeks and literally got next to nothing. I really should have stopped half way through when results weren't pooring in, but I decided to finish it. I have changed my training a bit, but no way this should have had this sort of an impact. I have leaned out mainly because I started to do regular ab work over the last month for the summer. I am 6'4" 240lbs and sit around 8% bf. With all that deca i should have been up to 255lbs with water alone. This is not my first go, I do know what I'm doing. My diet is amazing, water consumption is good. I just got fucked with some under dosed gear. So crushing all that time, money put in for next to no results. Its from a local guy who is usually pretty reliable. That's the last I get from him.
