Soy Protein Winstrol Cycle?

On my third week oral Winstrol (only) Was using Pro Complex protein powder, but also purchased EAS Stage III Premium Protein Powder. This is a combination of whey proteins and Soy Isolate proteins. However, after reading about all the possilbe negative affects of soy on the body, I'm afraid to use the EAS. Im hoping somebody knows how much soy it takes to affect the body in a negative way, and what affect that might have on me. I have read that soy can promote the production of estrogen in males which is my main concern. Soime say soy can even cause gyno, and some say it is harmless. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge and/or experience with this product or its results? My first thought is to play it safe and not use it, but if I can determine it's in fact a safe relialbe prouduct that would be great. It's got a great taste, its reasonably priced, and the protein content vs. calories is a good ratio. Alltough, one other concern i have is the cholesterol content (70mg). Is this not very high for a protein shake? From what I unxderstand, it is important to limit cholesterol intake while using the Winstrol, and that is another reason to discontinue use of the product. Lastly, I've read that getting more than 8.5hrs sleep/night is too much. While on the Winstrol what effect can too much sleep have on my body and how would if affect my gains. Some nights I will get ten hours of sleep even eleven, but I do wake up at some point in the night to eat something. Any input would be greatly appreciated. btw 30yrs old male 6' 250lbs

1. your not getting too much sleep.. that's a good thing
2. why are you running Winstrol (winny) alone?
3. im guessing your at a higher bf with your stats.. or am i wrong?
4. soy protien has it's place.. how many times a day are u planing on using it??

I was hoping to replace my pro complex shake which I take twice a day. Its a huge difference in price. The pro complex has sixty grams of protein and the eas twenty-seven. However, the eas has only one hundred forty calories, as compared to pro complex's two hundred eighty. So, I was going to double the eas shake and do that twice a day. In essence, four shakes. Im thinking this is probably too much. I can still save money by drinking one pro complex shake and one (one double) eas shake. I do have alot of excess body fat and my reason has always been that my diet is restricted. Over the years Ive had to spend time in one institution or another and I had to eat whatever was an available source of protein which always came along with a ton of fat, carbs, starches, sugars, etc. etc. As of now, I'm on a great diet. For example I eat like six to eight hardboiled egg whites when I wake up. Usually with an apple or something. Then Ill have a protein shake. then some type of lunch...maybe two cans tuna by itself or deli style turkey meat with vegetables dinner woould be some type of meat chicken or red mean with brown rice maybe veggies or sweet potato then another shake for my next meal and before bed some source of protein chicken turkey more egg whites ususally. As for supplements I take a multivitamin, creatine, noxplode, fish oil, methyl b12, and the protein shake pro complex. The reason I used Winstrol (winny) alone is because its my first cycle and I knew I wanted to cut up and look more defined without gaining too much size. In retrospect I wish I had also used an injectable. I was going to start adding 4hydroxy testosterone decanoate- an injectable which has been called a pro-horomone, but here in California is illegal and deemed a steroid. Any ideas on that? Thanks for your reply.

Winstrol only... equals.. bad idea. The shit shuts down your natty test production. Lowering both Test and estrogen levels... Thats probably why your are tired and lethargic/sleeping so much...

Not because of your soy protien....Your protien is the least of your worries right now.

I'd be worried about getting some Test in your body.

A winstrol only cycle is maybe only good for a woman. If she doesnt mind a enlarged clit...

ill bump what juiced said.. no more then 10% of your protien intake should come from soy.... anything more then that and u may find issues....

its true that soy is a phyto estrogen.. but at low amounts it shouldn't cause any problems...

as for your cycle.. drop the winni bud... what a mess..

This is totally wrong you should avoid Soy like it is a deadly virus that will kill you every time.

Do the research. Soy is responsible for the large increase in cancer in the us, bipolar disorder, obesity , infertility, and a long list of other health issues.

WOW...didnt know this!

I'm going to look into this.

Some sources please DPR if you have em'...

Once the darling of the health-food community, soy – especially non-fermented and genetically modified soy – has fallen out of favor in some health circles. Last year the American Heart Association urged the FDA to stop recommending soy as a way to reduce heart disease risk, saying “direct cardiovascular benefits of soy protein or isoflavones are minimal at best.

Confused About Soy?--Soy Dangers Summarized

High levels of phytic acid in soy reduce assimilation of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Phytic acid in soy is not neutralized by ordinary preparation methods such as soaking, sprouting and long, slow cooking. High phytate diets have caused growth problems in children.
Trypsin inhibitors in soy interfere with protein digestion and may cause pancreatic disorders. In test animals soy containing trypsin inhibitors caused stunted growth.
Soy phytoestrogens disrupt endocrine function and have the potential to cause infertility and to promote breast cancer in adult women.
Soy phytoestrogens are potent antithyroid agents that cause hypothyroidism and may cause thyroid cancer. In infants, consumption of soy formula has been linked to autoimmune thyroid disease.
Vitamin B12 analogs in soy are not absorbed and actually increase the body's requirement for B12.
Soy foods increase the body's requirement for vitamin D.
Fragile proteins are denatured during high temperature processing to make soy protein isolate and textured vegetable protein.
Processing of soy protein results in the formation of toxic lysinoalanine and highly carcinogenic nitrosamines.
Free glutamic acid or MSG, a potent neurotoxin, is formed during soy food processing and additional amounts are added to many soy foods.
Soy foods contain high levels of aluminum which is toxic to the nervous system and the kidneys.

i dont beleave this, there are SOMANY other things said to cause this. shit to much fructose, not enff vitamin d,transfats.what abotu all the anti-depressants and other drugs poeple piss out and flush every day, we dont filterout that stuff we dont have the means to, only the basics liek lead, and killign bacteria but the phamacuticals are still in the water and building up.
I feel this has alot to do with some issues.
I have also read studys that say the opposit (with exception of cancer as if its a cancer that estrogen will help spread then yes soy is bad) but its not the soy DIRECLY causing the cancer.
and is good for you
id worrie more about the lining in canned foods.

ether way i just rec you not make it your main source for protein.

Soy is a phyto estrogen stay away from all soy products!

Soy Isolate contains no phyto estrogens and has never been proven to elevate estrogen levels in the slightest.

I've used Soy Isolate protein for 14 years, until TrueProtein released Lean Beef protein, and I've never had gyno, never had low energy, and my physicals and bloodwork always come back excellent.

There are as many benefits to using soy as there are 'supposed' soy myths.
