that would be great man i would like to see it cause it sounds like one of the missing links in my routine.
 
heres a hyperextension. go from perpindicular to the floor to parallel to the floor.

to do this with a band hook the band around the base of the machine and put the other end around the back of your neck and pull like hell.
 
Thanx big that's what I thought it was but was thrown off by the band. We got one at my gym they got a diagram on the wall and call it somethin else but i knew it was a hyper.

I wonder where i can get one of those bands?

Their is a site called jumpstretch in the powelifting links thread. I do them as a final exercise on my ME or DE squat day, you can do them on back or leg day, wherever they fit in more.

i mix up my posterior core movemnts.

you can read my training log to get an idea of what im doing.

i switch up alot. rarely do the same workout more than a few weeks.

my new gym dont have much posterior stuff thats why i am having some stuff built for home.
 
Thanx guys Im gonna pick one up. My back day is friday and Im lookin forward to it cause Im gonna try rack pulls and hypers for the first time. For the past couple of yrs ive been so used to doin the same exercises it's time for some variety. I still use your 3 day routine as a guideline big but tweak it around a little. Like toay 4 sets flat bench 4 sets incline dips then shrugs instead of rows finished off with side lat's great workout but chest is still weak as a mo fo.
