Newbie here who is still researching testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) before making the lifetime testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) commitment.
Reading all these post on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I’ve noticed how many guys using testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) have at one time been on an SSRI and then felt much better (and even gone off the SSRI) after going on TRT. I'm 45 and have been on an SSRI for the last 10 years and want to go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to resurrect my dead libido. My test is around 290 (200-1100 range), so not sure if the SSRI killed my libido or it’s my test level???
Also, has anyone been prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for low libido even though their blood test came back normal (whatever that means.......)?
Thanks in advance for you advice!
