Startinf dosage for testosterone every week

Gonna start my cycle of sustanon 250 and dbol. Will be getting my bloodwork done. Would 250mg of sust ew and 50mg dbol ed be sufficient? Or do i have to do higher dose of sust? Also i'm planning to use Adex 2x a wk to keep estrogen in check

I won't comment the Dbol dose because I never ran Dbol myself, however you should up the Sus dose up to 500/w, 250 is too low.

At 250/w you will probably see gains but be only slightly above high natural test levels. At 500/w you will def be at supraphysiological test levels and make bigger gains, without experiencing much more sides than at 250/w. Both dosage will shut you down anyway, so it make more sense to run the most beneficial in term of gains vs sides.

If you're thinking about running Sust at 250/w I assume it is your first cycle and in that case I would drop the Dbol, test only for first cycle, if you experience sides you won't be able to know what compound is generating them.

If you haven't used dbol before id start with 20-30mg ed

I notice you didnt mention how long your running the dbol for. I hope you werent planning on keeping it in there the whole cycle.
