The time has come..... I'm starting my first cycle today :jump:

Deca + Dbol, I'll let you know how it went in 2 months :) :) :) :)

Hey bro, what kind of Deca...as far as not getting your hands on Test, well that means your gear locally, correct. I'm an expert on Local Canadian fakes, so let me know what you have.
 
Yes, getting it locally. I don't have a pic of the deca right now but I'll try to take one today or tomorrow for ya... I am confident that it is legit as I bought it off a VERY LONG TIME friend who I trust very much.
 
The dbol, however, I bought off someone who is not as trusted.... But I am confident that it is real also -- too bad I could only get IP stuff for now. I'll know for sure in a couple days anyways :) :) :)
 
Here's my diet (thanks to another poster's suggestions):

meal 1
5 egg whites, 2yolk
2 servings of oatmeal
16 oz milk
5g creatine

meal 2(post workout)
8 0z milk
whey protein shake
5g creatine

meal 3
brown rice
green beans
2 pieces of grilled chicken

meal 4
tuna fish
2 pieces whole wheat bread
brown rice/pasta/baked potato

meal 5
2 pieces of grilled chicken
green beans
baked potato

meal 6
whey protein shake

Any suggestions?

Edit for stats: 5'10 180-185 ~10% bf

Not bad.....but without quantities and weights to calculate how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats.....it really doesn't mean much.


Another word of caution.....beware of those who offer to set you up (unsolicited) with sources to buy gear, they are usually up to no good and you'll end up getting scammed.

But, I wouldn't anyways.

I'm working on doing the calorie + protein + carb counts
 
That was like my first cycle. 30 mgs of dbol ed and 450 deca/week. I managed to put on 25 pounds. 50 lbs on my bech, 40 on my deadlift, and 40 on my squat over an 8 week run. It was like I had just started training all over again. Aaahhh memories...

Oh yeah got some nasty deca dick post cycle too, luckily went away after a while:(
