starting first cycle, need some advice/help

bro wtf you look like your making some progress. just keep lifting heavy and eat like a pig, a CLEAN PIG. :)
im not getting any bigger tho, just cut up. iv been eating allot trust me lol. thats why i thought of taking anabolics because i wanna be around 170pounds...but thanks. you should post your gains as well :):)
 
im 5'9. i don't want to look huge, i just want to be 170-180 and have a decent body. I'm just taking anabolics as a help to get there =(

you could naturally get to 170 in one year with good diet and training. at least I did in a year easy. now going from 170 to 190 took a few years naturally.

I'm trying, but I'm stuck at 145ish lol. this is the most i get then i give up and stop. my exact goals are to be around 170-180 and look fit.

if your stuck at 145 then you need to eat twice as much as your already are. count your calories one day and see where your at. google everything you eat. its easy. I used to think I was eating enough until I counted my cals. post your diet from yesterday

I'm trying bro, trust me. i chose anabolics as my last way out.

meal 1: 5 egg whites (boiled), 3 egg omelet with potato,mushrooms and onions. 1 bowl of oatmeal with dried nuts and fruits.

meal 2: rice with chicken( boiled) and iced tea

meal 3: spaghetti meatballs, orange juice and mashed potatoes

meal 4: salmon lasagna and wheat bread.

meal 5: fruit salad and pineapple juice (pre workout)

meal 6: post workout protein shake (mutant whey) followed by chicken and rice with salad as my last meal..

most of my food is not home cooked because I'm a student and i don't have time to cook at home so i eat out...
 
I wouldn't jump that fast into cycle, espcially if your goals are achieveable naturally.
Adjust your nutrition, add calories, stay consistent for more then a few months.
and for god sake don't ever take something without resarching it like crazy.
its your body were talking about.. you probably don't wanna die or causing your self serious damage.
steroids is not a childs game, its seroius, and you could seriouslly harm your body without properly learning how to use it.
 
so whats the suggested anabolics i should start with? i won't start now but i can take the stuff i have now back to the guy and get something else..?
 
nope, i haven't started any cycle thus far. getting to know this stuff and then will start a cycle soon.

No bro. Diet diet diet. I'm sorry but you are not even close to your natural peak bro. Once you join the dark side that's it bro you're in.

please listen to advice given here... steroids are NOT magic. your NOT gona gain 30 lbs. be real lucky to gain 8-10lbs of quality muscle after cycle with GREAT EATING AND TRAINING.
if you can't gain natural threw diet and training you WON'T keep any gains anyway. no one's trying to keep you from the magic beans , rather trying to help you . love hearing how people brag about 30lbs in 10 weeks bla, bla, bla. it's FAT OR WATER.
give yourself a year of dedicated training and eating better then revisit the idea.
sorry for the loooong read but i started training when i was 19 (mid 40's now) was 5'7 about 150. no matter how hard i've trained i'm still 5'7 :(
seriously tho. went from 150 to about 180 natty in 3 years. totally changed my body. looked 200, low bf ect. MOST important, got to know how my body reacts, how to train, what works and what doesn't. i'm now about 200. hoping to reach 205 after this cycle.
