Starting my 3rd Cycle... looking for opinions from any vets.

Starting 3rd cycle, test, tren, winnie. looking for feedback.

Ok to start I'm 25 5'9 162lbs. I've cycled twice in the past. 1st cycle 300mg test e, 10 weeks. 2nd Cycle Sustanon (sust) 250mg, and 300mg eq for 10 weeks. I've kept most of my gains and definition. I started weighing in at 135lbs. I had worked out for years and ate like crazy but was unable to gain any wieght, crused with a ridiculous metabolism.

I'm looking to start my next cycle with the following and was hoping to have intelligent input from some vets. It will be a 10 week cycle.

The stack i've chosen is test e, tren en, and winstol.

test e 500mg a wk
tren en 300mg a wk
winnie 50mg eod a wk
arimidex .5mgs a day

I'm looking to build up about 15lbs while staying lean. Any input would be great. Thanks.

Switch the test to 300 and tren to 600 and drop the Winstrol (winny) cuz it's GARBAGE. Staying lean all depends on your diet. Metabolism has nothing to do with gains. That's an excuse people make because they don't focus on their diet. Log everything you eat and you'll find 9x's outta 10 you're not taking in as much as you think bro. This will help you on cycle to really maximize your gains.
 
I hate it when guys blame their gain problems on metabolism...if you have a high metabolism then you need to eat more....everyone can gain.

Arimidex is eod not ed

I wasn't blaming my gain problems on metabolism I graduated from high school @ 127lbs in 2004. Since them I've kept my training and diet in check and only made it to 135 before deceiding to cycle. My metabolism is fast really fast. Naturally wasnt working for me and if it was it was taking too long. So in 1 yr I've went from 135 to 162lbs. I think my diet is in check. I take in about 200g of protien per day including shakes. and eat a total of about 4000 calories a day.
